Kiersen has been instrumental in the implementation for Ag Workforce as not only a visionary, but a necessary policy and compliance specialist who lives our core values.

Human Resources Manager

Jesus Hernandez oversees the H-2A Visa processes for client labor needs. With a background in human resources that stretches right into the heart of H-2A workforce collaboration, Jesus’ expertise empowers him to maintain great rapport between both the clients as well as the extended labor force employees. Jesus knows and exemplifies the importance of relationship building and communication. When Jesus isn’t aiding in growing agricultural workforces across the nation, you may find him at a local state park with his family, enjoying the great outdoors.

Rachel Guardado exemplified professionalism as our Human Resources Operations Manager. Previously, Rachel worked for the University of Texas at Austin for the Office of Sponsored Projects. A UT alumni, Rachel brings her positive attitude and desire to be challenged to our team. Outside of providing support to all departments, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance, improving policies and procedures, Rachel enjoys exploring the city of Austin.
